Are there any delays in production right now?
No. Items will be made and shipped within one week of payment.
Where are your products made? Who makes them?
All of our plush toys are handmade in Beverly, MA, USA. The husband and wife team of Jen & Brian Gubicza make each and every toy to order, ensuring that our customers receive a unique, high quality product made just for them.

Do you sell wholesale to retail shops?

I'm having trouble deciding on color choices. There are too many! Are there default colors?
Take some cues from the product photos. Some of the most popular color combinations are the ones shown in the photos.
I'm unclear on how to order on zooguu.com. Is there a help guide?

How do you ship your items?
For items shipped within the United States, items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail and arrive in 2-3 days. For international shipping, items are shipped via USPS first class mail, and arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Are your plush toys washable?
Yes, Zooguu plush are machine washable. We recommend placing your plush inside a pillow case or a delicates bag before washing to protect the eyes & noses.
Why is there a tiny, embroidered, green dot on one of my animal's paws?
The embroidered green dot is the Zooguu artist signature. It appears on all Zooguu animals to let you know you have an original, handmade product.
Do you have a return policy?
We really want you to be happy with your zooguu plush. We make every effort to show the product from multiple angles and to show accurate scale photos with people holding them so you know exactly what you are getting. That said, if you are unhappy with the product you receive, you may return it to us in original condition for a refund of the product price. Contact us within three days of receipt to make arrangements for any returns. Postage is paid by the customer and we require that delivery confirmation be purchased to ensure safe delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund.
